| 1. Complete and submit the Web order form with your contact and order details. |

| 2. Then(if applicable) please email your photo(s) to our orders department and have your full name as the email subject. |

| 3. We will then send you a digital proof of the product for your approval. |
| 4. After we receive your approval, we will send you an invoice by email. Payment instructions will be stated in the invoice. |
| 5. Upon the receipt of your payment, we will proceed to printing or production. |
| 6. We will deliver your order by courier in 5-7 business days. |
