Refund policy

We're sure you'll be happy with your purchase and that's why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all of our products. If during the first 3 months of your order you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly reprint them for free.

On the rare occasion you receive an incorrectly spelt product from us - where the error is an error on our behalf- we will reprint the product and post it to you free of charge. To enable us to conduct further quality inspections, you may be asked to return the product to us for inspection.

As this is a personalized product, we are unable to offer a refund from a typing error you may have made, or if you change your mind.
